It is approximately a 70 min drive (85 km) from the Thessaloniki Airport. The area is very popular during the summer months while the touristic season is gradually prolonging the latest years (Mid April-early October). The villa is ideally located right in front on the white sandy beach , the owner walks as he opens the private wooden garden door to the sandy beach! This feature is quite rare as the building rules by the sea have changed and it is now impossible to build so close to the beach (minimum 50 meters distance from the coast line). The crystal clear sea performs a gradual depth making it ideal for families. It is worth to mention that the sea in Halkidiki Peninsula with its 3 natural gulfs (called ‘fingers’ locally) is much warmer compared to the Aegean Islands just because of the natural harbours that protect from the winds.

This stand alone villa was built in 1976 upon the drawings of a famous architect of that time and it was fully refurbished in 2017. It is build on a 2.200 m2 beachfront land plot. Its total area is 220 m2 divided into 2 main floors (ground & 1st and a small 1 bedroom attic).
