We can find suitable land for retail investments (supermarkets, outlets and commercial centers), land for logistic and industrial settlements and land for touristic developments with no urbanistic problems.
Our investment portfolio is very well screened. For example in a fixed income property acquisition we don't evaluate the investment only with the annual income it produces but we have developed our own evaluation system basd on almost 10 different evaluation investment criteria.
An investor is our client. We worked with private equity investors and concluded successfully deals on their behalf. In addition we can undertake the liquidification of company assets upon contract. In such cases we evaluate the assets under their current value but also keeping in mind the realistic perspectives of the local market in order to conclude a deal as fast as possible to the benefit of our investors.
Assets like the above could be: industrial buildings, excess land, hotels, semi finished housing projects etc.
Another category we are putting stress on is the field of alternative energy. Here IHOR can find and evaluate for you suitable investments in the alternative energy not only in Greece but also abroad such as approved permits for photovoltaic parks, wind mills and biofuels, recycling factories etc.
