George V.Tolis, Managing Director and founder

De Mr Tolis has been involved in Real Estate since 1994. He holds a B.S degree in Physics from Aristotle Univ.of Thessaloniki, an MSc degree in Materials Engineering from SUNY at Stony Brook New York and a Diploma in Human Resources fom ITD London. Mr Tolis has worked previously in senior management positions in Real Estate in various companies such as McDonald’s, Nissan, PanHol Developments etc. 

Through IHOR and previously get Real Estate he has been involved in various development and company re-engineering projects in Greece and Romania with companies such as ALDI, NDX etc.

He has a great knowledge of the real estate market in the Balkans as he worked in various projects in Bucharest Romania from 1999-2006. IHOR was created to cover the gap in professional services in the sector in the Balkan teritory and to develop and manage real estate projects of top class quality.
